A professional couple living in Hong Kong, our clients had demolished the old bach on this Te Ngaio site and decided to build a new home retreat for their regular trips back to New Zealand. Looking for a modern, apartment-style home they could lock and keep automatically secure with digital timers, their architect recommended our expertise. Keeping the couple in the loop with the progress of their building project was even more essential with them being based overseas. Diana and Doug visited when they were able, but much of the communication was carried out with regular emails.
We dealt with any issues that arose in the same way we would if they were local, with clear and transparent communication. This beautiful contemporary home won the Gold Award, Kitchen Award, Bathroom Award and a Gold Reserve Award in the Registered Master Builders competition. We couldn’t be more proud of our handiwork!
